Position Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Business Analyst to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a Senior Business Analyst, gaining hands-on experience and practical insights in one of the UK’s most dynamic cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Business Analyst with tasks such as requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and articulate their needs into technical requirements.
  • Conduct initial data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Attend training sessions, meetings, and workshops to deepen your understanding of business processes.
  • Contribute to the design and evaluation of new workflows and systems.
  • Develop both technical and interpersonal skills to enhance your career progression.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or nearing completion).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in data analysis, business processes, and technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to learning and development.
  • Previous experience in a related role is beneficial but not essential.
