Position Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Business Analyst to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a Senior Business Analyst, gaining hands-on experience and practical insights in one of the UK’s most dynamic cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Business Analyst with tasks such as requirement gathering and documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and articulate their needs into technical requirements.
- Conduct initial data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
- Attend training sessions, meetings, and workshops to deepen your understanding of business processes.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or nearing completion).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to learning and development.
- Previous experience in a related role is beneficial but not essential.
