Description
- Leading business transformation initiatives and projects.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals with transformation activities.
- Implementing new technologies and processes to improve business efficiency.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of transformation projects.
- Identifying potential risks and issues, and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Providing training and support to staff on new systems and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Driving continuous improvement in business transformation strategies.
Profile
A successful Transformation Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven experience in business transformation within the Financial / Professional Services industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- A solid understanding of IT and digital technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
