Overview:
Working for a leading training organisation, you will proactively support, develop and motivate adult learners (16+) working towards Tech, Digital and Data work based qualifications. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the role/sector.
A typical week:
- Coach & support caseload of learners
- Design & deliver training programmes
- Build & maintain strong employer relationships
- Conduct assessments & manage learner progress
You will need the following for this role:
- Degree qualification
- Coaching or mentoring experience
- Passion for developing others
- An understanding or interest in IT/Tech
