We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Consultant to join our Client Services team for a critical implementation project. This individual will be instrumental in setting up workflows, managing data imports, and creating reports.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including implementation and configuration.
  • Strong data management skills, including the ability to pull worksheets and manage large datasets.
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analysis.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SharePoint integrations, specifically add-ons for Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of client portal development and configuration using Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to advise on Dynamics 365 licensing best practices for a business-wide implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure workflows to streamline customer data management and ensure efficient client service operations.
  • Load, structure, and maintain data within the system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Manage email capture and allocation processes to improve customer support and internal communication.
  • Evaluate and recommend licensing needs across the organization for optimal Dynamics 365 usage.
  • Generate, customize, and analyse reports to support client insights and business decisions.
  • Assess and advise on the potential use of Dynamics 365 for building a client portal.
  • Integrate existing Power BI and SharePoint add-ons to enhance reporting and data visualization.
  • Provide insights and training to the team on how to use Dynamics 365 Customer Service effectively.
