SF Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a growing organisation based in Birmingham who are looking for an experience HR Business Partner to join their amazing team.

The successful candidate will work as part of the HR Management team to ensure alignment of HR direction/projects to meet the needs of the business. Providing professional HR support and deliver all aspects of HR, including policies and practice, recruitment, performance management, reward and employee relations.

Hours: 40 per week (4 days office, 1 day working from home)
Salary: £60,000
You will be required to travel to their Nottingham site once/twice per month.

- Day to day management, coaching and guidance of a HR Advisor and HR Coordinator
- Work with the management team in the organisational design
- Manage and review company policies and procedures
- Lead on local TUPE and redundancy projects
- Coach and guide managers on a variety of employee relations issues
- Support the implementation of performance management systems and provide guidance to managers to support continued development of their staff
- Assist with identification of training needs and run inhouse training courses as required
- Overview of monthly payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Coordinate and advise of the implementation and administration of salary reviews
- Manage HR projects such as the development of new systems, tools and processes

Required
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Line management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management
