On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Contracts Consultant to support the Transport Operations team, starting in the new year. Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with the local authority, transport operators, and working on contractual disputes.
  • Managing contractual agreements and resolving disputes with the TUPE implications in mind.
  • Overseeing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.
  • Reporting to the Operations Director.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in contract management in the public sector.
  • Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • TUPE experience.
  • Experience in negotiating Transport contracts in the public sector.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Additional qualifications or certifications in procurement.
