Job Title: Interim Contracts Consultant Rate: £450 Outside IR35 Duration: 3-6 months Working Arrangement: Full-time, Fully Remote Location: West Midlands
On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Contracts Consultant to support the Transport Operations team, starting in the new year. Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the local authority, transport operators, and working on contractual disputes.
- Managing contractual agreements and resolving disputes with the TUPE implications in mind.
- Overseeing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.
- Reporting to the Operations Director.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in contract management in the public sector.
- Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- TUPE experience.
- Experience in negotiating Transport contracts in the public sector.
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Desirable Criteria:
- Additional qualifications or certifications in procurement.
