Profile
A successful People Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the business services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complex HR issues.
Job Offer
