Kingdom Healthcare are a healthcare recruitment agency who focus on temporary staffing soutions within the healthcare sector. Primarily the supply of nurses and healthcare staff into private sector healthcare envirnments, such as care homes.
Due to team growth we are looking to onboard a new Business Development Executive.
Brief summary of responsibilities
- This role will be focused on the winning of new business.
- Identify new business prospects, within a designated region of England or Wales.
- Call & visit prospects, with the intention of pitching them our staffing solutions.
- Convert prospects into new clients
- Delivery temp staffing vacancies back to the recruitment team
The Role
- 25,000 annual salary
- Excellent monthly commission structure
- Full Time.
- Permanent.
- 3-month probation period.
- Based in our Birmingham office (Post Code B3 1QA), when not on client visits.
- Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00.
Ideal Candidate
- Must be able to drive and willing to travel to visit clients (all expenses paid i.e. fuel etc)
- Highly planned & organised
- Energetic with an influencial personality
- Ability to win new business
