We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales of our product portfolio. If you have a proven sales track record and a passion for medical devices, this role is for you. Full product training will be provided, though prior medical device experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Use cold calling, events, and marketing strategies to generate new business.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and report on sales pipeline via CRM, updating senior leadership bi-weekly.
- Market Expansion: Research trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Brand Development: Increase company visibility and drive revenue across the product portfolio.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Partnerships: Nurture existing partnerships and uncover new opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and provide training as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in medical devices.
- Track record of sales growth in an SME or mid-tier tech company.
- Driven by exceeding targets and earning commission.
- Strong lead generation, cold calling, and face-to-face customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
- Technical interest in medical devices is a plus.
