Salary: £25-30k basic salary + £10k OTE

Role:
- Build your own personal book of clients by engaging and establishing a professional rapport with individuals through a mixture of existing members from Focus Group's CRM database and as well as being free to research and contact outbound prospects via the phone
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of Focus Group, their products and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Support senior sales team members through engaging with potential new customers to book appointments for Business Development Managers to visit customers for a face to face meeting or virtual appointments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your personal book of clients through regular contact and impeccable customer services
- Provide an excellent customer service and represent the company brand positively
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and IT literate
- Organised, with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
