- Ensure funds are deployed efficiently and revenue is maximized.
- Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to align business development strategy with company goals.
- Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong network within the bridging finance sector (brokers, introducers, and direct customers).
- Proven track record in business development, with the ability to bring in new clients and grow existing relationships.
- In-depth understanding of residential and commercial bridging finance products.
