Role Overview:?Join The Pioneer Group's Technology and Insight Department to transform data into impactful business decisions. Design automated KPI reporting systems, create dashboards with Power BI, Canva, SQL, and DAX, and collaborate with teams to enhance services through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design automated KPI reporting systems using ELT methodology.

  • Create dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with departments to provide actionable insights.

  • Use customer data to tailor services.

  • Maintain and enhance data quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data analysis.

  • Proficient in the use of Power BI, and advanced Excel.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset.

  • Knowledge of SQL - desirable

  • 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) or equivalent - desirable
