Operations Director

My client is a high growth private business supporting critical services in the community who are seeking an Operations Director.

My client headquarted in Birmingham is a high growth business that provides critical services to the community.

As Operations Director reporting to the Managing Director you will:

Oversee daily operations by management of the Managers, the fleet and any other support services

Lead change initiatives to drive efficiency and improve service delivery and effectively address operational challenges

Implement robust quality assurance and risk management processes as to mitigating potential risks

Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams by fostering a positive and productive work environment

Oversee the financial aspects of the operations department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability

The desirbale applicant will be be grounded from a risk management and compliance background as well as having proven experience in operations management and leadership possibly from the logistics arena.

Upto £80,000 plus package and bonus
