The Regional General Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the transport contractual delivery and ensuring that all customer service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators are met.

The Regional General Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering a strategic account plan that enhances the overall experience for clients and end users. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage operational teams effectively and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities Included**
- Lead the management and delivery team to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental, and quality standards.
- Set and manage the operating budget within targets while ensuring financial performance.
- Drive a culture of employee engagement and continuous improvement across the site.
- Act as the main point of contact for all transport contract-related interfaces.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Proven experience leading a transport site or business with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong understanding of commercial dynamics within a transport operational environment.
- Thorough knowledge of road transport regulatory and legislative frameworks, ideally with a Transport Manager CPC - International qualification.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mobilise teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to build effective business partner relationships.
