• Class 2F or 3 and 4 Registered Building Inspector

• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Competent computer skills

• Full UK driving license

• Lead and manage the Midlands region to achieve strategic objectives.

• Be a key player in the senior management team, influencing company direction.

• Deliver exceptional Building Control Approver services to a growing client base.

• Supervise and mentor technical staff, ensuring professional development.

• Act as the go-to expert for surveyors and technical queries.

• Drive training initiatives to support the progression of Registered Building Inspectors.

• Provide expert guidance on fee quotes and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to Building Regulations.

• Engage with clients and provide high-level advice on complex queries.

• Uphold the highest standards of compliance with industry regulations and codes of conduct.
