Due to organisational growth, we are seeking a Team Manager to join our busy team.

Acting as first point of contact for the effective management of a team of engineers, including managing the team P & L, co-ordination of Health & Safety, meeting reporting requirements and leading the team to deliver both team and business objectives.

  • Manage a team including monitoring attendance, sickness absence and annual leave
  • Schedule workload for the team
  • Provision of technical advice and guidance
  • Co-ordinate and manage site health & safety for the team including production and compliance with RAMS
  • Financial management including responsibility for P & L
  • Production of reports
  • Conduct monthly team meetings
  • Ensure continuous improvement within the team
  • Manage the development of trainees and apprentices

Suitable candidates will possess excellent leadership skills gained from either BMS or Engineering, M & E, HVAC, Air conditioning orHard Services industry. A minimum 3 years experience is essential.

Knowledge of Trend and/or Honeywell products a distinct advantage.

Travel to customer sites on a regular basis. Car provided
