Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing site operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional performance.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Implementing best practices in facilities management.
Delivering PPMs across three sites
Candidate requirements:
Level 2/3 Electrical or Mechanical
18th Edition
Proven experience in Facilities Management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
An understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
A passion for delivering outstanding service.
