Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive business support to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, teachers, and the wider school community.
  • Manage financial, HR, business, and premises operations efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including Governors and external agencies.
  • Conduct regular meetings, set performance targets, delegate tasks, and monitor the quality of delivery and outcomes.

About You: The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience in delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 A*- Cs at GCSE, including English and Maths.
  • Experience in financial, HR, business, and/or premises operations.
  • Experience in management within a public or private sector setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage people effectively.
