An experienced Facilities Assistant is required for a position in Birmingham, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The role involves covering the post room, greeting guests, managing contractors, and accepting deliveries to the office.
The successful candidate will assist in providing a high-quality, customer-focused service that meets key objectives and performance standards.
Responsibilities also include setting up meeting rooms and performing any other duties as required.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, with a competitive salary offered.

Experienced Facilities Assistant needed in Birmingham

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Cover the post room
Greet guests, contractor management
Accept deliveries to the office
Assist in the provision of a high quality, customer focused service which meets the key objectives, financial targets and performance standards of the Facilities Management Service.
Ensure a high quality service is provided that meets customer expectations and requirements. 
Setting up meeting rooms
Any other duties as required
