Daniel Owen Agency are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to start immediately, with the Head Office being based in Birmingham. However, the chosen candidate will need to be able to travel to-and-from London, frequently.

This role is going to be leading and managing all operational activities within our Facilities Management division, specifically within the Cleaning & Rail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe delivery of facilities management services across rail infrastructure, including stations, depots, and other operational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Hard FM operations
  • Oversee specialist Cleaning, Maintenance, Repair Work and Deep Cleaning
  • Provide support to core contracts requiring specialist project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers around special project budgets
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with Health & Safety regulations

About you:

  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Business Administration
  • Proficient in scoping and pricing projects
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication & team work skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
