Role Overview: As the School Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in the effective management of our school. You will oversee financial operations, human resources, facilities, and administrative functions. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth running of the school, allowing our teaching staff to focus on delivering outstanding education.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and manage procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and funding requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to allocate resources effectively.

Human Resources:

  • Manage staff contracts, payroll, and recruitment processes.
  • Support professional development and well-being initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships among staff members.

Strategic Planning:
