- Contribute to the Strategic Leadership and direction of the team
- Provide effective People Management, setting objective/providing guidance and mentoring etc.
- Take responsibility for recruitment and retention of high-quality team members
- Provide process governance guidance to the team ensuring adherence and compliance in service delivery
- Possess broad UK pension industry experience (ideally c10 years plus), gained in pension management / actuarial / consulting / scheme secretarial or senior administration operations
- Have a demonstrable track record of managing in a senior strategic and operational leadership role within the UK pension industry
- Be able to manage multiple workflows, budgets and financial performance
