What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for Sky customers, you’ll:

  • Engage and inform: Help customers understand their options for device protection.
  • Tailor solutions: Offer insurance plans that meet individual customer needs.
  • Build trust: Deliver a warm, professional service that inspires confidence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated individuals with:

  • 12 months of consecutive telesales experience in one role within the last three years.
  • A proven ability to hit targets and deliver excellent results.
  • Strong multitasking skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • A track record of working independently in a home-based sales environment or similar.

Your Work Schedule

  • Four-day work week!
  • Wednesday-Saturday, 2 x 8am - 6pm shifts & 2 x 8am - 5.30pm shifts
  • A dedicated 6-week training period ensures you’re fully prepared (no absences permitted during this time).
