Remote - Inbound Sales Agent - 4 day working week

We are recruiting for a Leading UK insurance provider, who are looking for sales professionals with a minimum of 12 months telesales experience (in one role, within the last 3 years) to join their busy Inbound Sales department on a REMOTE full time, permanent contract.

Experience requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months telesales-based experience in one role
  • Sales experience must be within the last 3 years
  • We are looking for candidates that have worked towards specific sales targets

Hours:

  • 35 hours a week
  • Wednesday - Saturday working days
  • 2 x 8am - 4pm & 2 x 8am - 5pm

Job Role:

  • You will take inbound calls from customers wanting to register the warranty on their household appliance.
  • You will be expected upsell additional insurance policies that will enhance their basic protection, alongside identifying other appliances that need covering.
  • Share the features and benefits of protection products to help customers find the one that’s right for them.
  • Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first, so they continue their protection with us.
