Berry recruitment are currently looking for telemarketers to support one of our prestigious clients.
The role is office based.
We are looking for hybrid workers, Monday - Wednesday in the office based in Birmingham city centre and then Thursday and Friday working from home. Hours of work are 8:30am-4:30pm.
The roles/responsibilities:
- Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients
- Answer questions about product specifications
- Book appointments with relevant prospects
- Complete data cleansing activities
- Carry out marketing research into various industries
- Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various makeups
- Accurately and efficiently enter prospect details into the company database
Berry recruitment are looking for people with the following skills:
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and inter personnel communication
- Good quality of English language and grammar
- Ability to work to targets
- Time management skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS word, Excel, Outlook and access planning
