An opportunity has arisen for a Telemarketer to join a cutting-edge Microsoft Partner, revolutionising digital transformation for medium and small corporate enterprises across the UK.Specialising in Dynamics 365 and collaborative applications, they empower businesses in manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare, and non-profits to optimise operations, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth.As a Telemarketer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline for Dynamics 365 and collaborative applications.This is a flexible, part-time (16 hours per week) role working 2-days per week (or whatever suits you). This is a hybrid working role, Mainly work from home with the occasional day at the office. You will receive a pro rata salary of up to £28,000 pro rata, plus commission. As Telemarketer, you will:
  • Conduct up to 40 daily outbound calls to 
  • Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers,
  • Secure 4 qualified sales appointments per month for the sales team.
  • Research new leads daily using company websites, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
  • Update CRM systems with accurate, comprehensive data.
  • Execute daily follow-up emails to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of 100–140 active prospects monthly, ensuring consistentopportunities for the sales team.
We’re looking for a Telemarketer with:
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or B2B sales roles, ideally in the techor digital transformation space.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Telephone Manner
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
