- Salary: £25,000 plus a bonus of £50.00 for any converted and paid out lead, expected OTE £30,000 per annum

Telemarketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to identify potential business opportunities and generate
- Nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers by keeping them engaged and regularly connecting
- Actively promote the company's products and solutions, explaining the benefits of the products
- Liaise with customers to understand and determine their needs and to successfully qualify leads
- Follow up on outstanding leads on behalf of the Business Development Managers and Sales Managers, closing sales where appropriate
- Provide regular updates to the sales team to ensure they are well informed and able to maximise sales opportunities
- Work to and (hopefully exceed) agreed daily and monthly leads and work within agreed KPIs
- Maintain the CRM system with all sales activity and customer information
Telemarketing Executive Skills and Experience:
- Prior sales experience gained within a busy telesales/telemarketing role would be a distinct advantage
- Motivated with plenty of drive and thrives in a fast-paced targeted environment
- Professional telephone manner with superb communication skills and can confidently engage with prospective customers and build relationships with ease
- Excellent negotiation skills, able to influence and persuade in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong organisation skills, able to manage high call volumes and maintain relationships
- Solutions-focused, able to handle objections with confidence and identify solutions for customers
