Our Birmingham based client client is looking to recruit English speaking telesales executives to be based out of their offices coupled with hybrid working.

Do you excel in generating leads and building strong B2B relationships? As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in our outsourced services team by combining traditional outbound telemarketing with modern sales development techniques. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, engage them through various communication channels, and set the stage for our clients’ sales teams to close deals.

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate interest in our clients’ products and services among potential B2B clients
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for our clients’ sales teams with qualified leads

Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, sales development, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

Excellent base salary paid, based on temp to perm after successful 12 weeks.
