Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead their new data analytics team. This role requires advanced proficiency in Power BI and strong leadership capabilities.
The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with senior management and line managers to develop insightful reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with ISO 9001 standards. In addition to leading the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for suggesting optimal storage solutions for BI reports and establishing a rigorous process for reviewing reports content prior to release and maintaining the report during their life cycle.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and managing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Experience in meeting and communicating with senior management to develop and implement reports.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and report customisation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data storage solutions and data governance best practices.
