We are looking for a motivated and passionate Centre Administrator to join an established, thriving tuition centre, supporting the team in making a difference to its students.

What you’ll get…

Full time: Permanent role, 37.5hrs, Saturday and Sunday 8.30am - 6pm (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - flexible hours)

Location: Office based, Hall Green, B28

Salary: £24,000

Annual Leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays

What it’s all about…

As Centre Administrator your responsibilities consist of but are not restricted to:

  • Managing day-to-day running of the centre
  • Ensure seamless operations of the centre and its facilities
  • Collaborating closely with the support centre colleagues to enhance the success of the centre
  • Adhering to, and promoting company policies and procedures
  • Handling enquiries, orchestrating tours and facilitating enrolments
  • Nurturing relationships with parents and students
  • Addressing enquiries, concerns and complaints effectively
  • Ensure welfare and developmental needs of students are met

What we need from you…

  • Previous experience in a busy office administration position
  • Prior senior administrative experience is desirable
  • Strong ability to strategise, plan and prioritise
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative and a 'can do’ approach
  • Exceptional understand of Microsoft office, in particular excel
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and written
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
