Customer Service Supervisor - Transport

Temp to Perm Contract Immediate Start Available.

Paying up to £30,000 per year.

Full-time, 8:00am 5:00pm.

Based in Birmingham (B8).

We are working with a Birmingham-based UK Transport and Haulage organisation who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Supervisor.

The role of Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for a team of 3 Customer Service Operators and be responsible for the driving of change and organisation within the team.

Duties of the Customer Service Supervisor:

Handling all aspects of customer service.

Dealing with major clients and partners via various communication channels.

Resolving any discrepancies and being a source of escalation.

Leading the team to success and ensuring they are assigned tasks to complete.

Liaising with customers and suppliers across all levels.

Ensuring KPIs and SLAs are being met, scheduling 121s and interventions as and when required.

This role requires a candidate who has strong experience in Customer Service and leading a team. Experience within the Transport or Logistics sector isnt necessary but is desirable.
