Job title: Project Services Supervisor
Pay rate: Umbrella 25.58per hour, annual 53,352.57
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Temporary, 8 months potential to be longer, Monday - Friday 8-5
Job description:
- Project manage a removal and installations of HVAC system over three floors
- Responsible for leading the shift-based team operating on a 12/7 basis
- delivering high calibre essential maintenance services and project integration support
- Ensuring a speedy response to fault/breakdown requests and efficiently undertaking routine and scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment being pre-requisite and of paramount importance
Essential skills:
- City & Guild Electrical discipline competency, Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent apprenticeship.
- 18th Edition, BS7671 wiring regulations.
- Comprehensive building services knowledge in similar environments to a minimum of HVAC standards.
- Working knowledge of "Permit to work" systems.
- BMS/Control systems
- Chillers
- LTHW Boilers
- Life Safety Systems
- 400 V LV / 11-33kV HV systems
