Parcelforce are looking for experienced Parcel Delivery Drivers on a temporary ongoing basis to distribute parcels in the Birmingham area. You will be based at the delivery site in Central Birmingham.Role details:- Monday to Friday only- £14.04 per hour- Your choice of weekly or monthly payThis is your opportunity to have a real impact, in the heart of your community, while working for one of the UK's most well-known courier brands. We are now looking Parcel workers to be a part of this world-class service, supporting a very busy period.You will be responsible for delivering parcels quickly and efficiently in a van, going out on a dedicated route, whilst maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service. Other duties may also include sorting of mail/parcels within the delivery office. Working as Parcel worker you will receive £14.04 per hour.The role is working 5 out of 7 days (Monday - Friday) with weekend rest.As a Parcel worker, you will need the following:- Full UK Manual Driving licence, with no more than six points.- MINIMUM 6 months of van driving experience.- Excellent customer service skills.- Upbeat and self-motivated.- Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather.- Good level of fitness to meet demands of the role.- Excellent organisational skills.- Resilience and flexibility.Interested?
