Location: Hybrid – Birmingham, 2 days a week in our offices at Fort Dunlop

Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of enrolments for new B2C customers, adhering to eligibility criteria and compliance with any tax regulations.

You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the enrolment process.

You will be responsible for:

  • Accurate Enrolment Processing: Ensure that all B2C enrolments are processed in accordance with identified procedures, including compliance with booking terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, data protection, and local tax regulations.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide guidance and support to customers regarding their enrolments, including advice on eligibility for funding and other relevant queries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Learner Recruitment team to help identify, attract, select, and engage prospective learners.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to business operating SLAs and team KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will also support the Onboarding Manager with any sales reporting as required.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Reliability and confidence in handling customer queries

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a sales environment
  • Familiarity with operational systems
