Based in Bournville, this contract role will run from March – November and offers a PAYE rate ranging from £20.35 - £26.48/hr, dependent on experience (inside IR35).
What You Will Do:
• Support hiring managers, creating job briefs and supporting the recruitment process.• Supporting at interview and offers stages. • Be responsible for candidate sourcing. • Contribute valuable input for training materials, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.• Offer actionable recommendations for process improvements.• Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process within your team, fostering a culture of excellence.• Use your expertise to influence others and be a proactive member of the team, enhancing recruitment operations.What You Will Bring:• Proven experience and knowledge within internal recruitment.• Account management skill set.• Experience using Workday would be helpful but not essential.• Background in working within a shared service organisation.• Exceptional team player qualities with the ability to influence others positively.• Strong communication skills, with a knack for applying interpersonal skills and taking initiative.This role is not just about fulfilling job responsibilities; it's about contributing to a company that values innovation and efficiency.
