Experience working in your specific process area
Proven experience in a shared service organization
A strong team player who can influence and collaborate across teams
Experience in process design, mapping, and business requirement gathering
Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and effectively engage with others

Key Responsibilities:

As a specialist in your area of expertise, you will support impeccable service operations Business Services.
Leverage your process and service knowledge to ensure service level agreements and obligations are met.
Play a pivotal role in the development of standard operating procedures, driving standardization, and process simplification.
Provide input for training materials to ensure the team’s success and compliance with Mondelez policies.
Ensure that standard operating procedures align with legal and data protection requirements.
Analyse and report on process exceptions, offering insightful recommendations for process improvements.
Lead sustainable continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
