CLASS 1 DRIVER

MONDAY - SUNDAY: VARIOUS START TIMES

£15.14 - £22.71 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Class 1 Driver for our client based in Birmingham.

Rates of Pay

• Weekday Days £15.14 per hour
• Saturday Days £18.17 per hour
• Sunday Days £22.71 per hour
• Weekday Nights £16.65 per hour
• Saturday Nights £18.17 per hour
• Sunday Nights £22.71 per hour

Day to Day Duties

• Driving/operating Class 1 Vehicles safely and efficiently to make deliveries
• Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
• Fifteen-minute vehicle check
• Some handball
• Communication with depot staff
• Completing necessary paperwork
• Recording details on run sheets

Essential Skills

• At least six months Class 1 driving experience
• Must hold a valid UK Category CE Driving licence
• Must hold a valid CPC and Tacho card
• No more than six points on Driving Licence for minor infringements
• No major infringements (DD. DR etc)

Desirable Experience

• Over twelve months Class 1 driving experience
