HGV Class 1 Driver

PURE STAFF are looking for Class 1 Driver in the SALTLEY area to begin employment with a company delivering general haulage. This is temporary work with the opportunity to become ongoing for the right candidates.

Class 1 Driver salary

• 16.00ph all hours on DAYS
• 17.00ph all hours on NIGHTS

The role of a Class 1 Driver

• Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience.
• Minimum 23 y/o due to insurance purposes.
• Flexible with start time.
• 1-3 drops.
• Offloading with pump truck and tail lift.
• Be able to perform vehicle checks.
• Able to communicate effectively throughout the day.
• Delivering across the country.
• Must be able to strap and secure load safety.
• Be able to perform vehicle checks.

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be delivering general haulage across the country to several established companies.

• Start time ranging from 03:00AM to 09:00AM.

• Work starting immediately.

• Average shift length of 12 hours.
