Position: Class 2 Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 2 Driver to join our team, delivering wheelbarrows to various building merchants such as B&Q and other construction supply stores nationwide. This position requires a dedicated individual who values punctuality and is prepared for a physically demanding role.
Key Responsibilities- Nationwide Deliveries: Transport wheelbarrows to various locations across the country.
- Handballing: Unload wheelbarrows from the truck and deliver them to the customer's designated area. Note that the truck is pre-loaded.
- Schedule Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to delivery schedules, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Overnight Stays: Rare overnight stays may be required. Post-overnight stays, the following day will involve shunting tasks within the yard.
- Shifts: Work is based on a 44-hour week, with potential for long days.
- Class 2 Driving License: Must possess a valid Class 2 driving license.
- CPC Certification: Up-to-date CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) is essential.
- Physical Fitness: The role involves manual lifting; applicants must be prepared and capable of handling this aspect of the job.
