Responsibilities of the Carpenter:

Carry out 1st & 2nd fixes in social housing properties
Provide support to the kitchen & bathrooms contracts
Complete work in both occupied and void properties, and be able to work unsupervised

Requirements for Carpenter role:

Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship, City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery, NVQ Level 2 or 3 Wood Occupations, DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP
Social Housing Experience
Full UK Driving License
