Pay Rate: 180 Per Day
Contract: Temp - Perm (After a 12-week period)

Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multitrade Carpenter located in the South Birmingham Area.
This is for a client of ours within the Social Housing sector, where you will be tasked with completing both planned and reactive maintenance within Social Housing units throughout South Birmingham.
You will be working within tenanted and void properties, completing finishing/snagging works within Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Ideally you will have skills in the following areas:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting / Decorating
- Fabric Maintenance
- Patch Plastering
- Snagging
The ideal candidate will have your their own Van & Tools for this vacancy.
