We are seeking a team of 4 dedicated and experienced shuttering carpenters to join our team and work on a busy commercial project
Shuttering Carpenter Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rates of £25per hour (CIS)- equivalent to £21 per hour PAYE direct
- 3 months contract duration
- 9 hours work days - no break deducted
- Consideration for future work with a busy client
Shuttering Carpenter the role:
- Reading Blueprints: Interpreting construction drawings to create accurate formwork.
- Measuring and Cutting: Precisely measuring and cutting materials (wood, metal, or plastic) to build formwork.
- Assembling Formwork: Constructing and securing the shuttering structures to hold wet concrete.
- Ensuring Stability: Reinforcing the shuttering to ensure it can withstand the weight of the poured concrete.
- Safety Compliance: Following safety standards to protect workers and maintain construction integrity.
Shuttering Carpenter requirements:
- Previous experience and references
- Right to work in UK
- CSCS level 2/level 3
- Own tools
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines.
