The firm takes pride in establishing long-lasting client relationships and applying commercial expertise and creative problem-solving to every case.

The role:

  • Residential Conveyancer based in the Birmingham office
  • Growing team comprising 1 Associate and 2 Legal Executives, led by an experienced Partner
  • Manage your own caseload from start to finish, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of both freehold and leasehold properties (registered, unregistered, and new builds)
  • Oversee junior fee earners and support staff
  • Competitive salary based on experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years PQE
  • Experience with referral arrangements and a strong understanding of compliance issues
  • Awareness of the CQS and panel memberships
  • Proven business development capabilities
