The position is focused between Prep and Live Days. Large scale production of elements with the whole culinary team under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous. Followed by Leads breaking into smaller teams, distributing MEP and service of dishes on live days.
There are many different kitchen concepts from fine dining tasting menus down to street food. So one style of training is not essential. However, the successful chef will need to display commitment to the majority of Men's League, European and Cup matches as well as Woman's fixtures is required.
Expected:
2 years minimum experience at CDP or Sous.
Proficiency in the English language.
Food Hygiene and Allergen training up to date with the FSA current guidelines.
Preferred:
Experience at Rosette or Michelin Standard kitchens.
NVQ level 2 Diploma training in the culinary field (or higher)
