Job Role:
Working with a team of chefs to deliver meals 3 times a day.
Assisting prisoner workforces in cooking meals & preparing food.
Responsible for the preparation of basic foods within a pre set menu.
Full knowledge of all menu items (including allergens).
Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean & tidy.
Undertake relevant training as required.
35 hours a week, split over 4 days, with alternative weekends.
Between 7.30am-5.15pm, no lates!
This position is suited to a candidate with experience of working in a large kitchen, working with a team of people, management experience is preferred.
Full vetting checks and a DBS check will be carried out, and is a perm position.
