Chef de Partie Birmingham 5 out of 7 working hours 5.30pm until 1.30am - £27,456per annum (£13.20 per hour)

My client is arapidlygrowing food production company, and due to a successful business win, they are looking to add two Chef de parties to their team.
You will be responsible for preparing premium prepackaged meals for a new client, consisting of high quality meat, sauces from scratch, ensuring meals are ready for packaging and delivery within the set timeframe.
Ensuring all HAACP, COSHH and other food hygiene and health and safety standards and procedures are followed, in line withindustry andcompany policy.
The successful candidates will have:-
Chef experience at Chef de partie level Hotel, restaurant, airside catering and high volume catering background considered
Have a good knowledge and understand of H&S regulations
Ability to work efficiently within a team
Working hours are 5.30pm until 1.30pm- 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends)
