We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Head Chef for our clientsflagship venue in Birmingham City Centre. This high-profile 150+ cover venue will be a busy destination for tourists, locals and surrounding businesses in its prime location near Victoria Square. The company is a well-known brand renowned for its brunch and bakery offering, alongside speciality coffee, and more recently an evening offering of bold, globally inspired small plates and sharers to complement local beers, cocktails and premium wines.
We are looking for:
A focused and passionate Head Chef that leads from the front while training and motivating the team to excel in delivering the best
High standards around food quality, cleanliness and presentation
Proven management experience and control of labour, GP and wastage
Experience with KPIs and budget management
Good understanding of health & safety, food safety, and compliance
Ability to work with management teams to be creative around menu ideas and current trends
Energy and enthusiasm, with a natural flair for building relationships and engaging with people from all walks of life
A humble person that is always looking to improve themselves and others
A fast learner that can create an inspirational and motivational environment
Someone who wants to make a positive difference in their local community and beyond
