Here at Pertemps Catering, we are currently recruiting an experienced and professional Pastry Chef to cook with our client based in Birmingham City Centre B2. This will be a temporary role leading to a full-time role.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours 8 minimum per day
Food and Hygiene & Allergen Certificate
Working as part of their catering team, you will be responsible for creating fresh bakery products in a busy city centre Artisan Restaurant
The Role will require candidates to be available to work 3 days a week (weekends only)
Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
Developing new and unique recipes to feature on the menu.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Ensure required standards are adhered to preparation of food.
Adapt menus to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and waste reduction.
Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained and report any maintenance issues.
Maintain accurate records of food preparation and kitchen procedures.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
