Your new role as our Sous Chef:
- Cooking with the very best ingredients

- Assisting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
- Menu planning and development in collaboration with Head Chef and Chef Patron

What we ask of you:
- Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
- Proven experience as a Sous/Junior Sous Chef in a Multi-Rosette environment
- Longevity in previous roles
- Must be organised and a good communicator
- Culinary qualification is desired but not essential
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
